Can you imagine "You, better"?

What does "You, better" mean?

You, better is you being even better than you already are.  It is the result of you pursuing who you want to become, knowing who and what you want to be, and getting what you want or need in your life.  Notice that You, better is not "You'd better!" which implies you must do it.  You have choices  about what You, better means for you and how you can get it.  It's about you and what you want to choose.


You, better is Aware and Willing's focus.  We can help you become more aware of who you are, what you want or need, and how you can become You, better.  We do that by providing you assessments to increase awareness, coaching to help you discover options for you to become You, better, and providing development services to help you become more capable of being You, better.


If you are unaware of what you want or need to do to become You, better, you may only become better by chance.   Aware and Willing can help you become aware and improve your chances for success.


If you are aware of what you need to do to become You, better but are unwilling to do it, any effort to coach, train, or develop you will feel like coercion and you won't want to do it.  Rather than coerce you, Aware and Willing taps your power and positions you to choose how you want to become You, better.  It can happen only if you are willing.

Sometimes, you are aware of what is preventing you from getting what you want and are willing to pursue it, but you  need help building your capabilities.  Training (learning what to do and how to do it) and development (growth over time) are the next step to You, better.
